Job Description
4 to 5 years of experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation module and Benefits module •
Must have experience working on complex Fast Formulas to automate compensation calculations and processes. •
Must have experience supporting integration between Workforce Compensation and other HR systems. •
Must have hands-on experience supporting advanced business processes in Oracle Fusion Benefits with expertise in life event triggers and collapsing event rules •
Must have ability to configure benefit programs and plans with enrollment and eligibility rules •
Should have very good understanding of ACA reporting requirements •
Must have readiness to work in different shifts on rotational basis, including weekend on-call support • Good understanding on Service level agreements framework
