Oracle Fusion HCM Sr.Techno Functional Analyst – Absences, OTL Payroll with Schneider Electric India Schneider Electric (SE) is the global specialist in energy management and automation. About the role: As an Oracle Fusion HCM Sr.Techno-Functional Analyst, main role is to design / develop / Support solutions for HR processes in Schneider Electric and play a crucial role in digitization initiatives by the Organization. Qualifications Certifications 1. B.Sc Computer Science Graduate or Engineering Graduate or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) 2. Certification in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, either specialist or Implementor level from Oracle University. Required Skills (Must have) along with necessary industry experience General 1. Minimum 5+ year of Techno – Functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud 2. Extensive knowledge in Hire to Retire business process. Exposure to following modules (at least 2) –T L / Absence / Payroll 3. Should have completed at least 2 implementations in Fusion Time Labour, Absence or Payroll 4. Experience of working through Agile methodology 5. Excellent Communication and presentation skills 6. Good Exposure towards working in highly matrixed setup of Global MNCs Functional Competencies 1. Functional Expertise on HCM Fusion module –T L Absences. Functional expertise includes Solutioning, Configuration, Setups Fast formulas 2. Functional expertise on other HCM modules is highly preferred 3. Expertise in Personalization (sandbox) and Functional Setup Manager usage 4. Strong consulting skills such as Fit/gap analysis, Business analysis, SDLC concepts such as Agile, Waterfall, Support Management. Technical Competencies 1. Strong knowledge and working experience in writing Fast Formulas 2. Knowledge to use HSDL HDLs 3. Good knowledge of HCM table structures and data flow 4. Expert in designing UDTs, Lookups Worksheet dynamic columns 5. Knows how to write BI reports. Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities: 1. As Product expert, Work towards enabling solutions via CHRs Projects 2. Resolve technical / config issues 3. Act as Technical L3 Support to resolve complex tickets 4. Lead testing processes for Release Upgrades / Deployments / Implementation 5. Participate in Agile Scrum calls as product expert to provide updates 6. Learn, understand assess release content document for each upgrade 7. Document the solutions and prepare process flow diagrams 8. Train the peers and business users via Change Management process.
