Job Description

SAP Global Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the primary communication bridge between Incture and SAP global/regional teams (SAP Labs, Industry & Solution Units, Partner Management, and GTM teams).
  • Manage global stakeholder communications — updates, newsletters, success stories, and joint achievements.
  • Coordinate internal messaging with SAP Partner Managers, GTM Leads, and Marketing counterparts.
  • Create and maintain a stakeholder communication map (who to engage, frequency, topics, preferred channels).
  • Support strategic alignment meetings, QBRs, and joint planning sessions with SAP.

2. Digital Marketing & Brand Visibility

  • Design and execute digital campaigns to highlight Incture’s SAP partnership, co-innovation stories, and customer success.
  • Manage presence across LinkedIn, SAP Store, SAP Partner Portal, SAP Community, and SAP events (e.g., Sapphire, TechEd).

3. Account Coordination & Campaign Management

  • Partner with SAP Account Lead / Practice Head to plan joint GTM campaigns, webinars, and regional events.
  • Develop campaign calendars aligned with SAP’s global initiatives and product launches.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on campaign leads and opportunities.
  • Support sales enablement with communication kits, internal newsletters, and pitch decks summarizing SAP updates.

4. Outreach & Engagement Activities

  • Re-engage with SAP stakeholders through LinkedIn, mailers, and event participation.
  • Send appreciation and congratulatory messages to SAP and customer stakeholders on key milestones.
  • Identify SAP global events, webinars, and community initiatives to increase Incture’s visibility.
  • Participate in SAP meetings and initiatives to build relationships and strengthen brand presence.

Ideal Profile

  • 7–12 years of experience in marketing communication, digital marketing, or partner/alliance management, preferably in the SAP or enterprise software ecosystem.
  • Strong experience using Business Development Tools/ Marketing Tools.
  • Good PPT Skills using AI Tools (Canva or similar tools).
  • Strong understanding of SAP’s partner programs, GTM models, and marketing channels.
  • Proven skills in storytelling, campaign management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and writing skills.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment across multiple regions and functions.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and follow-up capabilities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Growth in SAP stakeholder engagement and communication touchpoints.
  • Number of joint SAP campaigns or events executed per quarter.
  • Timely delivery and quality of content assets and marketing collateral.
  • Contribution to pipeline creation and awareness through improved communication and engagement.
