Gen AI Trainer (NCS/Job/ 3925)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Delivery: Deliver instructor-led sessions, conduct demos, facilitate labs.
2. Curriculum Execution: Cover GenAI, LangChain, RAG, Agents, Deployment, Claude Code.
3. Hands-on Enablement: Support projects and mentoring.
4. Assessment: Conduct evaluations and provide feedback.
5. Content Contribution: Improve and enhance curriculum.

 Required Skills

Strong experience in Generative AI, Python, LangChain, RAG, Vector DBs, APIs. Preferred: Claude Code, MCP, AWS/Azure.

Experience Requirements

8–15+ years of experience, with at least 1–3 years in AI/GenAI domain. Prior corporate training experience preferred.

 Soft Skills

Strong communication, ability to simplify concepts, good facilitation capability.
