Job Description: Agentic AI Architect (Lead the Future of Cloud and AI Innovation)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Tech Lead with deep expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) ,Generative AI (Gen AI) & Agetnic AI technologies. The ideal candidate will guide a dynamic engineering team in designing, developing, and deploying scalable cloud-native and Gen AI/Agentic AI-driven solutions. This role demands hands-on technical leadership, architectural vision, and the ability to drive innovation in cloud computing and artificial intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers and data scientists working on AWS-based and Generative AI projects.
Architect and implement scalable, secure, and highly available solutions utilizing AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, SageMaker, etc.).
Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI models and pipelines, including Large Language Models (LLMs), image generation, and related AI applications.
Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Establish and enforce best practices for cloud infrastructure, DevOps, CI/CD, and AI model lifecycle management.
Evaluate emerging technologies and drive adoption of state-of-the-art AWS and Gen AI tools.
Ensure the security, reliability, and compliance of all deployed solutions.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide hands-on support to the engineering team as needed.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
15+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 10 years in a technical leadership role.
Proven hands-on expertise in AWS cloud architecture, services, and security best practices.
Experience designing, building, and deploying Generative AI models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
Strong proficiency in Python and at least one other programming language (e.g., Java, Go, Node.js).
Familiarity with MLOps, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent certification.
Experience in deploying and operationalizing Large Language Models (LLMs) in production environments.
Knowledge of data engineering, ETL pipelines, and data lake architectures on AWS.
Understanding of responsible AI principles, model monitoring, and explainability.
Contributions to open-source AI or cloud projects are a plus.

Role: GenAI FastAPI Developer
Qualifications:
• BE/BTech/MS in Computer Science or related field.
• 6 - 10 years of experience in distributed, cloud-based software development.
Core Skills (Mandatory):
• AI & Generative AI
o Strong exposure to LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI).
o Hands-on experience in prompt engineering and AI-driven workflow automation.
o Ability to integrate Generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Backend & API Development
o Advanced proficiency in Python (FastAPI).
o Expertise in REST, JSON, and event-driven design.
o Secure API development using OAuth2, JWT, API Gateway.
o Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, and asynchronous messaging.
o Experience in microservices architecture with focus on scalability and observability.
• Cloud & DevOps
o Hands-on experience with AWS (EKS, EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch).
o Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes for containerization.
o Knowledge of monitoring tools: Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack.
• Streaming & Messaging
