Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Generative AI / Agentic AI Engineer to join our  team. This role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions with a focus on generative AI models and agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in AI/ML, strong programming skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement generative AI models (e.g., large language models, generative adversarial networks) and agentic AI systems that automate intelligent decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and engineers to integrate AI features into products and services.
• Conduct research and stay up to date with the latest AI advancements, applying state-of-the-art techniques to solve complex problems.
• Develop scalable and maintainable AI pipelines and solutions using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Optimize and fine-tune AI models for accuracy, performance, and computational efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship, and guide junior team members.
• Contribute to AI governance by ensuring ethical and responsible AI principles are adhered to.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience working with AI/ML technologies.
• Strong expertise in generative AI, including large language models (LLMs) and open-source generative frameworks.
• Knowledge of agentic AI concepts and frameworks enabling AI systems to perform complex tasks autonomously.
• Proficiency in Python and popular AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience working with cloud AI/ML services like AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or Google AI Platform.
• Solid understanding of machine learning lifecycle including model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Familiarity with data pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and workflow automation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with conversational AI platforms such as Microsoft Bot Framework or Rasa.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages such as JavaScript or Java.
• Exposure to marketing automation, data analytics tools (SQL, Tableau) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills capable of conveying AI concepts to technical and business stakeholders.
