GEN AI TESTING (NCS/Job/ 3512)

To be successful as a GenAI Test Automation Engineer, you should have experience with:

• Advanced proficiency in LLMs, LangChain, and LangGraph (testing orchestration, chains/graphs, tools/agents)
• Expert-level Python programming, with strong focus on test automation
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI implementations
• Strong background in:
  • Generative AI
  • Machine Learning
  • NLU / NLP
• Comprehensive knowledge of AWS, especially Bedrock, Lambda, and CloudWatch
• Experience designing and implementing cloud-based testing solutions
• Proficiency with version control (Git, Stash)
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD using Jenkins
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology and SDLC best practices
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with development teams to ensure testability and quality
• Proven expertise in UI and mobile testing methodologies
• Proficiency with BDD testing frameworks
• Experience with test management tools including Jira, Xray, and ALM
• Strong understanding of test optimization strategies and continuous efficiency improvements
