Finance BSA (NCS/Job/ 3578)

• Analyze existing finance and accounting processes (AP, AR, billing, revenue recognition, financial reporting) to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Work with stakeholders to design process transformation and automation roadmaps.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for system enhancements.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to implement finance system improvements, integrations, and automation solutions.
• Support implementation and optimization of ERP, billing, and financial systems.
• Create process documentation, workflows, and solution designs.
• Drive adoption of automation, workflow tools, and system-driven processes to reduce manual work.
• Support data reporting and analytics initiatives for finance leadership.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Finance Systems, Business Analysis, or Finance Transformation roles.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and accounting workflows.
• Experience working with ERP or finance platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce Billing, etc.).
• Ability to work in a techno-functional capacity bridging finance and engineering teams.
• Experience with process automation, system integrations, or workflow tools.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to RPA, workflow automation, or low-code platforms.
• Experience with data analytics or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Prior involvement in finance transformation or digital transformation initiatives.
• Background in consulting, SaaS, or technology organizations.
