External Project Manager (NCS/Job/ 3472)

• Lead day to day project activities including but not limited to:

·        coordinating team members (internal and external)

·        scheduling and documenting calls

·        document and track project activities (ex: action/issues list, risks & dependencies)

·        proactive follow up on open actions

·        organize status tracking and updates bringing any escalation item to attention of  Project/Program Managers

·        navigate project through Project methodology deliverables

·        prepare Project methodology deliverable documents (with guidance from PM)

·        other project tasks assigned by team

• External Technical SMEs

·        Lead technical project activities

·        Participate in meetings

·        Execute project tasks assigned by PM

·        Other project tasks assigned by team
