Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end architecture and technical roadmap for Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), including site hierarchy design (CAS/primary/secondary as needed), boundaries/boundary groups, MP/DP design, and high availability/DR.
Lead SCCM infrastructure deployments and upgrades (Current Branch), including planning, prerequisites, capacity sizing, and cutover strategies.
Design and govern software packaging and deployment standards (MSI/EXE/PowerShell), application lifecycle management, user/device collections, and phased deployments.
Design and operate patch management strategy using SCCM Software Update Point (SUP)/WSUS, ADRs, maintenance windows, pilot rings, reporting, and compliance remediation.
Design OS deployment (OSD) and provisioning solutions (task sequences, driver management, UDI/zero-touch where applicable), including image governance and automation.
