ETL Testing – Job Description

Role: ETL Test Engineer

Experience: 4–5.5 years,

Location: Chennai

Key Skills

• Strong SQL expertise for complex queries and data validation.
• Hands-on UNIX/Linux experience including shell scripting.
• Solid Data Warehouse testing knowledge (ETL, schema validation, data reconciliation).
• Exposure to Apache Spark for big data testing.
• Familiarity with Tectia (SSH client) for secure data transfers.

Responsibilities

• Perform ETL testing to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance.
• Validate data pipelines across warehouse and big data environments.
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to resolve data issues.
