Job Description
● 2-3 years of experience in data engineering and integration domain with in depth exposure around building & managing data pipelines on cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
● Extensive hands-on experience around Notebook Pyspark coding (Preferably on Databricks) & advanced SQL to develop & optimise data pipelines
● In-depth understanding of data modelling & data transformation techniques while maintaining a high level of data quality & integrity
● Strong software development skills using Hadoop technologies such as Hive, Spark etc.
● 2-3+ years of experience in Workday Studio and managing code within the Workday environment
● Knowledge & exposure to SaaS Applications, such as Salesforce or any other CRM system
● Well-versed with release management, incident management and SDLC methodologies through Bitbucket/GitHub and JIRA
● Good understanding of infrastructure components such as clusters, nodes, compute, and storage needed for managing data pipelines and their performance
● Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate roadblocks, diagnose problems and generate effective solutions
● Outstanding stakeholder management & communication skills
● Worked with a wide variety of business & technical stakeholders on strategic data projects
