- 4–6+ years of email security or messaging engineering experience.
- Proven hands‑on experience with Proofpoint Email Protection (Enterprise).
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Exchange Online / M365 mail flow.
- Deep understanding of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and email routing.
- Experience supporting email migrations and coexistence scenarios.
- Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.
