Devops Engineer (NCS/Job/ 2537)

Job Description – DevOps Engineer (3–6 Years Experience)

Strong 3–6 years’ experience as a DevOps Engineer with good communication skills. Hands-on experience with Cloud/AWS, CI/CD automation, containerization, and infrastructure management. Resources must be able to work independently with a positive attitude and passion to learn new technologies.

Primary Skill Set

DevOps Tools & Practices:

• CI/CD – Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, AWS CodePipeline
• Source Control – Git, GitHub, Bitbucket
• Build Tools – Maven, Gradle

Cloud & Infrastructure (AWS):

• AWS Services – EC2, S3, Lambda, SQS, SNS, CloudWatch, IAM, VPC
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) – Terraform, AWS CloudFormation
• Containerization – Docker, Kubernetes (EKS preferred)
• Serverless – AWS Lambda (preferred)

Automation & Configuration Management:

• Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
• Shell / Python scripting for automation
• Monitoring and Logging – CloudWatch, ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana

Testing & Deployment:

• Automated deployment and testing in CI/CD pipelines
• Integration with automated build/test frameworks (JUnit, Cucumber, etc.)
• Experience with blue-green or canary deployment strategies

Agile & Collaboration:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiar with DevSecOps principles and continuous improvement culture

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with Java or Python-based applications
• Exposure to frontend build/deployment (Angular/React)
