B3 : Dev Lead

Exp : 9-12 Years

We are looking for an experienced Dev Lead with over 8 years in the Networking domain.

• The ideal candidate should excel in C programming, troubleshooting, and L2 switching,( RSTP (Rapid STP), MSTP (Multiple STP) VLAN) and have experience with the Cisco platform.
• Hands-on experience in platform level development, including board bring-up and boot loader knowledge, is essential.
• The candidate should take ownership of module development, manage a team effectively, and ensure timely code and release deliveries.
• Strong delivery and communication skills are required to understand and meet customer requirements, attend escalation calls, and manage customer sentiments.
• The candidate must support the test team in achieving quality criteria, work closely with cross-functional teams, and handle customer escalations efficiently.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a proactive approach to problem-solving are highly valued.

B2 : dev engineer

Exp : 4-8 Years

• Senior development engineers with over 4 years of experience in the Networking domain, who are proficient in C programming and troubleshooting, are required.

• Candidates must possess working knowledge in L2 switching(RSTP (Rapid STP), MSTP (Multiple STP) VLAN) and experience with the Cisco platform is an added advantage.
• They should have hands-on experience in coding unit tests and be self-driven and motivated to undertake tasks and deliver with minimal supervision.
• Candidates should have excellent communication skills to comprehend customer requirements and deliver the code.
• They will be expected to attend customer calls to provide status clarifications and ensure timely code and release deliveries.
• The role requires a team player who can collaborate effectively with development and test teams, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of high-quality software.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to handle customer escalations is a plus.
