- Apply 4+ years of experience in UX/design/product research.
- Develop impactful, visual research artifacts with clear, actionable insights.
- Leverage a broad toolkit: ethnography, usability testing, surveys, A/B testing, journey mapping, etc.
- Proficient in research tools like Dscout, Qualtrics, UserTesting, UserZoom.
- Experience in driving product strategy through research programs and scorecards.
- Build deep customer empathy to guide product and business strategy in Enterprise Commerce.
- Collaborate with PM, Design, and Engineering to define and answer key research questions.
- Plan and execute studies using qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Conduct foundational, generative, evaluative, and benchmarking research.
- Define user experience metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Create point-of-views (POVs) to support product planning and prioritization.
- Support ideation and design validation using research insights.
- Lead research in agile, design sprint, and multi-month program environments.
- Strong visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Skilled in managing complex projects and timelines.
- Bonus: experience combining qualitative research with telemetry and sentiment data.
- Bonus: familiarity with innovation frameworks (e.g., TRIZ, SCAMPER).
- Preferred: background in enterprise, education, or business application domains.
