Role Summary
The Delivery / Program Manager – Salesforce & Conga is accountable for end-to-end ownership of large Salesforce programs with strong emphasis on Conga CPQ and Conga CLM solutions. The role ensures successful execution across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction, while managing multi-track delivery, stakeholders, financials, and risks in a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities
Program & Delivery Ownership
· Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs involving Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Conga CPQ/CLM.
· Manage multiple projects/workstreams under a single program.
· Ensure delivery adherence to SOW, milestones, SLAs, and quality benchmarks.
· Drive governance cadence, steering committee updates, and executive reporting.
Salesforce & Conga Solution Oversight
· Provide delivery leadership across:
o Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
o Conga CPQ (product modeling, pricing rules, quote generation)
o Conga CLM (contract lifecycle, templates, clause libraries, approvals)
· Review and approve solution designs, estimations, and release plans.
· Ensure adherence to Salesforce and Conga best practices, scalability, and performance standards.
Stakeholder & Client Management
· Act as the single point of accountability for delivery to the client.
· Manage senior stakeholders, business sponsors, and IT leadership.
· Drive scope management, change control, and expectation alignment.
· Handle escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
Team & Resource Management
· Lead and manage cross-functional teams including:
o Salesforce Developers & Administrators
o Conga CPQ / CLM Consultants
o Techno-Functional Leads
o QA, DevOps, and Integration teams
· Plan staffing, onboarding, utilization, and skill ramp-up.
· Coach Leads and Architects on delivery excellence and governance.
Financial & Commercial Management
· Own program financials including revenue, margin, billing, and cost control.
· Track forecasts vs actuals and manage risks to revenue and profitability.
· Support renewals, change requests (CRs), and incremental scope discussions.
Risk, Quality & Compliance
· Proactively identify and mitigate delivery, technical, and dependency risks.
· Ensure strong QA, UAT, and production readiness across releases.
· Enforce compliance with security, data privacy, and enterprise governance standards.
Agile & Delivery Excellence
· Drive Agile / Scrum / SAFe delivery models across teams.
· Ensure sprint discipline, backlog health, and predictable releases.
· Track delivery KPIs and continuous improvement metrics.
· Support pre-sales, solutioning, estimations, and client presentations when required.

Required Skills & Experience
Salesforce & Conga Expertise
· Strong understanding of:
o Salesforce Platform architecture
o Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
o Conga CPQ and Conga CLM functional and technical concepts
· Ability to manage teams delivering complex Salesforce + Conga integrations with ERP and third-party systems.
Delivery & Program Management Skills
· Proven experience delivering large-scale Salesforce transformation programs.
· Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
· Experience managing onsite/offshore and multi-vendor delivery models.
Tools & Methodologies
· Agile / Scrum / SAFe
· Jira, Confluence, ALM tools
· CI/CD exposure for Salesforce releases
· Strong governance, reporting, and risk management discipline

Experience & Qualification
· 12–18+ years of overall IT experience.
· 6–8+ years in Salesforce delivery / program management roles.
· Hands-on experience managing Conga CPQ and/or CLM programs is mandatory.
