•  AI/LLM Engineering: Able to design and build LLM/agentic services including RAG, tool/function calling, and safe‑by‑design guardrails. Can translate high‑level architecture into detailed low‑level designs. Must be able to integrate with existing AI infrastructure such as RAG and tools.
• Software Engineering: Strong Python skills plus API/service development experience in modern frameworks. Writes clean, testable, secure, production‑ready code.
• Data Engineering & Quality: Builds data pipelines, indexing flows, and validation frameworks to uplift data quality. Comfortable with profiling, dedupe, lineage, and structured/unstructured data handling.
• Integration & Architecture: Designs APIs, event flows, and data contracts; understands vector search and graph models.
• Governance & Compliance: Understands Responsible AI, data governance roles, and privacy/security expectations. Can document and meet enterprise readiness and risk requirements.
• GraphQL + Neo4j + MCP Tooling (Preferred): Able to design and implement a GraphQL interface backed by a Neo4j graph database. Can build an MCP‑compatible tool around this interface for safe integration with other AI systems.
• Network Inventory Knowledge (Preferred): Familiar with OSS inventory concepts, topology, and models. Comfortable working with complex network datasets and legacy system interfaces.
