Job Description:

The Lead for CLO operations oversees the Leveraged Finance platform, a broad offering of below investment grade credit capabilities, including traditional public credit (Loans and High Yield), and structured credit/Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs). Working under limited supervision, this role is responsible for all aspects of the structured product lifecycle from warehouse formation to the dissolution of the CLO.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Supports trustees and custodians on all operational issues relating to CLOs.
• Maintains a continuous improvement mindset to capitalize on straight through processing, speed and accuracy of systems and procedures.
• Communicates in functional teams to complete daily tasks, share market and systems knowledge, and preserve and grow strong trading relationships with internal/external customers.
• Executes critical change initiatives and projects that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develops periodic and ad hoc reports, presentation materials and communications for use in various internal forums and committees.
• Supports leadership in managing the business' relationships with IT, Operations, Compliance, Internal Audit and Risk Management to strengthen controls and processes.
• Oversees procedures to ensure compliance and risk policies are properly implemented and current.
