Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) Consultant
Role Summary
We are looking for a Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) Consultant to manage and enhance our HRMS platform. This role will act as the primary SPOC for HR and business teams, ensuring smooth platform operations, timely issue resolution, and continuous improvements aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Platform Configuration & Enhancements
· Maintain CSOD modules - Onboarding, PMS, Succession, C&B, LMS and Analytics, based on business requirements
· Implement enhancements, workflows, and configuration changes
· Support periodic releases and ensure system updates are tested and deployed smoothly
2. Application Support & Issue Resolution
· Act as Level 1 / Level 2 support for all CSOD-related queries and issues
· Troubleshoot:
o user access issues
o learning assignments
o completion records
o performance workflows
· Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and closure
3. Stakeholder Management
· Serve as the primary SPOC for HR, L&D, and business teams
· Understand requirements and translate them into system configurations or solutions
· Provide functional guidance and best practices to stakeholders
4. Reporting & Data Management
· Generate and manage:
o standard and ad-hoc reports
o dashboards for HR and Leadership
· Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across modules
· Handle bulk uploads, data corrections, and validations
5. Integrations & Data Sync
· Coordinate and support integration activities (APIs, SFTP, data feeds)
· Monitor and troubleshoot:
o data sync failures
o user provisioning issues
o learning data discrepancies
· Work with internal IT teams and vendors to ensure seamless integrations
6. Vendor & Product Coordination
· Liaise with Cornerstone OnDemand support team for:
o product issues
o bug fixes
o major enhancements
· Track tickets and ensure closure within agreed timelines
7. Governance & Continuous Improvement
· Maintain documentation of:
o configurations
o processes
o known issues and resolutions
· Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
· Ensure adherence to internal policies and audit requirements
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have
· Minimum 5years of experience with entire suite of Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD)
· Experience in:
o system configuration
o reporting
o troubleshooting
· Good understanding of HR processes and lifecycle
· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
