4 to 5 years of experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation module and Benefits module

Must have experience working on complex Fast Formulas to automate compensation calculations and processes

Must have experience supporting integration between Workforce Compensation and other HR systems

Must have hands-on experience supporting advanced business processes in Oracle Fusion Benefits with expertise in life event triggers and collapsing event rules
-
Must have ability to configure benefit programs and plans with enrollment and eligibility rules

Should have very good understanding of ACA reporting requirements
-
Must have readiness to work in different shifts on rotational basis, including weekend on-call support

Good understanding on Service level agreements framework
