Business Analyst(Quality) (NCS/Job/ 3517)

Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

· Identify business trends utilizing real/mockup data, compile analysis/debugging that needed to delivered, and then follow-up on all results. Support product Owner, stakeholders or Scrum Master for any ongoing activities or data set up.

· Will support multiple Digital Quality & Supply Chain Anlytics projects dealing with QHS (Quality) functional areas (Quality Control Tower, Product Release Lead Time, Electronic Batch Records etc).

· Provide required support during Sprint Planning, Integration, Process mapping, & Data Mapping activities.

· Develop, implement and optimize SQL Queries and functions.

· Ensure the data quality and integrity in Data Lake. Fix any issues related to existing data after data verification and provide corrective measures.

· Creating GxP documents and involving testing activities (UAT / BST).

· Partner with business leaders, KenVue Technology, and our MAKE and QUALITY organizations to provide the highest level of data quality and enable efficient digital strategies for our customers.

· Support the Product Owner in development of scope and plans for Product roadmap.

Education:

· A minimum of a bachelor’s degree required.

Experience:

· A minimum of Eight (8) years of relevant business experience.

· Manufacturing & Supply Chain experience preferred.

· Well versed with SAP Manufacturing & Quality Management ERP Modules (Production Planning, Material Management, Quality Management etc.)

· Understanding of Quality Processes (Lab(QC/Micro lab Processes), Batch Records, Qulaity Management Systems, Document Management Systems.

· Experience in SQL queries, Python debugging / backtracking of the issue

· Knowledge of Neo4J is plus

· Understanding of Agile Methodologies using JIRA, Sprints, LeanKit-KanBan Dashboard solution.

· Experience in Azure SQL database, ADLS and Azure data factory pipelines.

· Some Experience with Azure Platform / Data bricks, Tableau / Power BI Analytics

· Ability to project manage.

· Ability to build and drive progression of business metrics.

· Ability to work in a cross-functional environment
