As a Blue Yonder Consultant in the MDSP team, you will:

• Interact regularly with corporate stakeholders, and planners to capture their needs and business requirements for optimizing planning processes
• · Review and analyze requirements from the countries to improve supply and demand planning processes
• · Build User Stories to provide the solutions for requirements
• · Resolve the incidents from the countries related to their day-to-day Blue yonder planning activities
• · Work closely with developers and deployment team to ensure smooth deliveries
• · Create Blue Yonder cases or interact with BY support team on need basis
• · Support in UAT planning and execution and Functional tests during Rollouts and implementations
• · Assist Key Users in understanding BY/MDSP solutions

What we’re looking for:

• Blue Yonder/JDA Demand and Fulfillment & Order Optimization Functional consultant
• · 10+ years of relevant hands-on experience on Blue Yonder/JDA Demand and Fulfillment implementation, support or implementation
• · Experience with Order Optimization module
• · Good experience in Fulfillment Functional consulting
• · Good oracle SQL skills for analyzing the incident and designing solution is mandatory
• · Working experience on integration with source and target systems, ERP, Reporting
• · Understanding of Blue Yonder/JDA Batch framework and IGPMGR
• · Experience in an Agile/DevOps way of working is added advantage
• · Strong communication skills with the ability to raise questions, define needs and explain outcomes
• · Continuous self-learning attitude combined with high level of curiosity and passion for deliverables
• · Positive attitude, friendliness, and generosity

· Ability to contribute to an open, international team culture to drive the knowledge exchange and learning of  all team members Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a must-have
