Backend Engineer (NCS/Job/ 2124)

1. Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure backend services and APIs using Java and the Spring Framework.
2. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, frontend developers, and QA engineers, to define requirements and ensure seamless integration of components.
3. Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices, and actively participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
4. Troubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
5. Database Management: Design database schemas, write optimized SQL queries, and manage data storage solutions for both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.

Technical Skills:

• Core Java: Deep knowledge of Java, including Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Frameworks: Proficiency with the Spring Framework, specifically Spring Boot.
• APIs: Expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Databases: Strong experience with relational databases (SQL) and/or NoSQL databases.
• DevOps: Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD practices.
