Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Aladdin functionalities.
  • Work with front office, middle office, risk, and operations teams to understand investment workflows.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Support Aladdin implementation, integration, enhancement, and production support activities.
  • Collaborate with technology teams for system configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
  • Participate in UAT testing, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Create business process documentation, BRDs, FRDs, and workflow diagrams.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across global teams for requirement discussions and project updates.
  • Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience working on the Aladdin platform.
  • Good understanding of Capital Markets and Investment Banking domain.
  • Knowledge of trade lifecycle, portfolio management, risk analytics, and asset management workflows.
  • Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, or OTC products.
  • Exposure to Aladdin implementation or migration projects.
  • Knowledge of APIs, data integration, and reporting tools.
  • Certification in Business Analysis or Agile is an added advantage.
