Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Aladdin functionalities.
- Work with front office, middle office, risk, and operations teams to understand investment workflows.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Support Aladdin implementation, integration, enhancement, and production support activities.
- Collaborate with technology teams for system configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Participate in UAT testing, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
- Create business process documentation, BRDs, FRDs, and workflow diagrams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across global teams for requirement discussions and project updates.
- Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Required Skills
- Strong experience working on the Aladdin platform.
- Good understanding of Capital Markets and Investment Banking domain.
- Knowledge of trade lifecycle, portfolio management, risk analytics, and asset management workflows.
- Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and data analysis.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, or OTC products.
- Exposure to Aladdin implementation or migration projects.
- Knowledge of APIs, data integration, and reporting tools.
- Certification in Business Analysis or Agile is an added advantage.
