Job Description:
Qualifications

• 10+ years of comparable work experience, at least 3 years of Manufacturing or other relevant functional experience required.

• 3-5 + years of experience in data analysis and working with VSM and other performance management systems

• Minimum of a Bachelors’ degree is required.

Specialization in Manufacturing with experience in data engineering, data science or advanced

analytics fields is strongly preferred.

• Outstanding stakeholder management experience, superior influencing, attention to detail, collaboration and interpersonal skills are

required

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required

• Strong understanding and working experience utilizing design-thinking best practices– empathy, requirements definition, ideation, prototyping, and testing to deliver digital data products and experiences is required

• Experience with Agile product development methodology is required.

• Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating the needs of the business stakeholders with critical thinking is required.

• Experience in writing user stories, managing scrum calls, prioritizing backlog, etc. is required.

• Ability to work with both technical and nontechnical team members is required.

• Knowledge of operational business processes within Supply Chain functions (Manufacturing, Quality, Deliver, Plan) is strongly preferred.

• Experience in being part of large, Cross functional projects & programs within a complex global organization is strongly preferred.

• Experience in working with SQL, Databricks, Tableau, Power BI or other data and analytics tools is preferred.

• Strong digital product management experience including experience in building / managing data and analytics platforms, data science / advanced analytics / intelligent automation

solutions is preferred.

• Experience in working with Microsoft Azure stack preferred.

• React JS understanding

• Experience with Jira

• Ability to learn is a MUST

 

Responsibilities:

• Deeply understand business goals and strategies, as well as operational context and processes

• Act as a liaison for reporting between the business side and IT / Digital to implement Digital Solutions (Data Products)– collect business requirements,

develop logic in SQL, and work with data ingestion/dev/viz teams on implementation.

• Gather, analyze, document, build source to target mapping documents of VSM & performance metrics involving multiple source systems and validate the needs of business stakeholders

• Concisely communicate with stakeholders and business teams to gain & move project work forward.

• Write user stories with proper success criteria, participate in scrum calls, & prioritize backlog

• Knowledge and ability to write test scripts for business testing based on the requirements

• Apply technical and functional knowledge to design solutions which are in line with technical architecture, database design, and performance

requirements.

• Analyze the business and system impacts of a solution and partner with the team to plan detailed tasks required to achieve delivery of the fully

tested solution

• Provide regular, timely, transparent communication on progress against digital product and capability roadmaps to both internal

DTO and cross-functional business stakeholders.

• Facilitate end user adoption of various digital capabilities, drive training, provide hypercare support, collect feedback from end users to

continuously improve deployed solutions

• Ensure business solutions are deployed, fully embedded into ways of working, and constantly improved to address changing business needs

and transform and mature our business.

• Understanding of data structure

• Identify and implement future opportunities and best practices for standardization in report design

and implementation
