As a Business Analyst, Dynamic Fulfillment, you will play a key role in shaping and operationalizing globally harmonized Dynamic Fulfillment data products. You will support strategic delivery and customer service initiatives across regions, ensuring a unified, analytics driven view of fulfillment performance.
You will collaborate with cross functional partners—including Deliver, Customer Service, IT, and regional analytics teams—to translate business needs into actionable data requirements and scalable product capabilities. Your work will help enable frictionless order fulfillment, optimized service performance, and end to end visibility of Dynamic Fulfillment processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the design, governance, and enhancement of Dynamic Fulfillment data models, ensuring alignment with global standards and business needs.
• Perform hands on activities including data sourcing, cleansing, profiling, and validation to support the roll out of global fulfillment analytics solutions and dashboards.
• Build strong partnerships to understand fulfillment workflows and translate operational needs into data product requirements.
• Recommend new Dynamic Fulfillment product features, evaluating tradeoffs and facilitating alignment across global and regional teams.
• Contribute to fulfillment focused data design decisions and sourcing strategies that improve visibility and decision making across the order to delivery process.
• Conduct risk and impact assessments, clearly communicating downstream implications to impacted systems and stakeholders.
• Analyze fulfillment and logistics data journeys to identify redundancies, accountability gaps, and decision making friction points; summarize findings for senior leaders.
• Own documentation and ongoing maintenance for Global Dynamic Fulfillment Products.
• Collaborate with Data Management and Data Quality teams to ensure a robust data quality monitoring framework tied to Dynamic Fulfillment standards.
• Participate in data governance activities with functional and regional stakeholders to continuously improve fulfillment related data quality.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6–8 years of experience in master data, supply chain, operations, or a multifunctional business environment.
• Advanced SQL*Plus skills; Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; Knowledge of data modeling concepts (star schema, snowflake).
• Proper understanding and familiarity with PowerBI
• Excellent cross functional collaboration, communication, and change management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven problem solving abilities.
• Ability to challenge the status quo, influence partners, and drive improvements to fulfillment processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
• Curiosity and ability to rapidly learn new systems, technologies, and processes.
Desired Qualifications
• Experience with Microsoft Cloud, Azure, Databricks.
• Experience with GenAI and machine learning
• Experience with Python or equivalent programming languages
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
