Job Title: Senior Lead – Azure AI Developer (Python)

Location: Hybrid

Role Summary: As a Senior Azure AI Developer, you will build intelligent applications using Azure AI services and Python. You’ll work closely with architects and business teams to develop, test, and deploy AI models, APIs, and data-driven solutions across domains like finance, HR, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

· Develop AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and Azure ML

· Build and deploy Python-based APIs and microservices using FastAPI or Flask

· Implement prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and semantic search using vector databases

· Integrate enterprise systems via REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps

· Collaborate with architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions

· Conduct unit testing, performance tuning, and post-deployment monitoring

· Ensure secure coding practices and compliance with enterprise governance

Qualifications:

· Experience: 5–8 years in software development, with 2+ years in AI/ML using Python and Azure

· Python Skills: Proficient in Python, FastAPI, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, LangChain

· Azure AI Services: Hands-on with Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Azure ML, and Azure Data Lake

· Integration: Experience with REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and identity frameworks (Azure AD, OAuth)

· Security & DevOps: Familiarity with secure coding, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub), and role-based access control

· Preferred Certifications: Azure AI Engineer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Developer Associate, or equivalent
