Job Description
- 5+ experience & proficiency in automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Java/Python) is a must.
- 2–4 years of experience working with automation using the Tosca tool
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive automation test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements and user stories using Selenium & TOSCA for end-to-end testing.
- Working experience on API testing using Postman / RestAssured / any other API Testing tool.
- Knowledge in integrating the test framework & test cases with CI/CD tools (ADO, GitHub, Jenkins)
- Implement automated testing frameworks and tools to streamline testing processes for both new and existing products.
- Document, track, and report defects and issues identified during testing, working closely with developers to facilitate their resolution.
- Participate in agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives with a focus on continuous improvement in quality assurance practices.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in software quality assurance, including advancements in automated testing, to continuously improve testing strategies.
- Advocate for quality and user satisfaction throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring that the final product exceeds customer expectations.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues clearly and concisely.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Exposure to agile methodology and working in SCRUM or pair programming mode
- Adoption of best practices, coding standards and development practices to improve the quality of the deliverables
