Apple Maps Trainer (NCS/Job/ 2873)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Apple Maps Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions for production teams supporting Apple Maps. The ideal candidate will have strong facilitation skills, domain expertise, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-class and virtual training sessions for Apple Maps processes.
• Provide interactive training review sessions and ensure adherence to Apple’s training standards.
• Deliver and maintain compliance with training materials provided by Apple.
• Administer knowledge checks, assessments, and other required testing.
• Report daily and weekly accomplishments to the Consultant Lead.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide support during review processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a trainer.
• Proven track record in training delivery and facilitation.
• Strong presentation and classroom delivery skills.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong planning, organizational, and implementation skills.
