Agentic AI Systems (NCS/Job/ 2475)

Location: US, Bengaluru, any city (or remote) Experience: 8+ years Practice: Data & AI / GenAI / Agentic AI Systems Band: B3 or above

Key Responsibilities

· Lead end-to-end development of ML and GenAI models including CNNs, LSTMs, Transformers, and Bi-Encoders.

· Architect and deploy real-time AI solutions using TorchServe, Docker, REST APIs, and cloud-native tools (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).

· Design anomaly detection, fraud prediction, and risk scoring systems using XGBoost, LightGBM, and PySpark.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business problems into AI-driven solutions.

· Ensure model governance, compliance (MRM, SHAP, audit logs), and Responsible AI standards.

· Build agentic AI systems using LangChain, CrewAI, and custom multi-agent protocols (MCP, A2A).

· Optimise model latency, cost, and scalability across distributed environments.

· Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to capability building across pods.
