Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to support our recruitment team. This role will play a key part in driving the talent acquisition process through efficient interview coordination, stakeholder communication, and vendor management. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.

  • Manage recruitment operations including job postings, application tracking, and candidate database maintenance.

  • Serve as the point of contact between external recruitment vendors and internal stakeholders.

  • Maintain and track vendor performance metrics, service level agreements (SLAs), and ensure compliance with hiring guidelines.

  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely interview scheduling.

  • Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.

  • Support onboarding processes in coordination with HR and hiring teams.

  • Generate reports and provide insights on recruitment activities, interview success rates, and vendor performance.

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline and enhance the recruitment lifecycle.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or HR operations.

  • Experience managing external recruitment vendors or staffing agencies.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
