Job Description
We are looking for a recruitment professional to manage end-to-end Non-IT hiring for junior to mid-level positions, drive data-driven recruitment through dashboards, and ensure seamless stakeholder management.
Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and closures.

Manage junior to mid-level Non-IT hiring within defined timelines.

Lead offer negotiations and candidate onboarding.

Create and maintain Excel dashboards, MIS, and hiring metrics.

Partner with stakeholders to understand and deliver on hiring needs.
Skills & Requirements

5–7 years’ experience in Non-IT hiring.

Strong in Excel (dashboards, pivots, reports).
-
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
