Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager – Accounts & Finance to oversee our accounting operations, financial planning, and compliance functions. The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial management, statutory compliance, and team leadership to ensure accurate reporting and effective financial control.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
Ensure timely preparation and finalization of financial statements as per statutory requirements.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decision-making.
Ensure compliance with statutory laws, taxation (Direct & Indirect), audits, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
Develop and implement internal controls, policies, and processes to strengthen financial discipline.
Lead and mentor the finance & accounts team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Provide management with timely MIS reports and financial insights.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and corporate finance.
Proficiency in accounting software (SAP/Tally/ERP) and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience:
CA-Inter / MBA (Finance) preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting required.
7–12 years of experience in accounts & finance, with at least 3–4 years in a managerial role.
Experience in telecom industry will be an advantage.
