Job Description

Candidate having exposure of non-it categories (Marketing, HR and Insurance). We are seeking an experienced and independent Procurement Lead to manage the procurement activities for Marketing, HR, and Insurance categories. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization, with a proven track record of leading procurement initiatives in these categories.

Mandatory Skills Key Responsibilities: ?

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for Marketing, HR, and Insurance categories.
  • Lead the end-to-end procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management. ?
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements. ? 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and conduct spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Manage supplier relationships, including performance evaluation and risk management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management.
