Job Skills

Application Support: Provide day-to-day support for HDFC NetBanking , ensuring high availability and performance.
Proactively detect, troubleshoot ,triage & resolve Major & Critical issues in a timely manner which involves close collaboration with PO/QA/BB
As a SME in analytical triage you will provide deep expertise in debugging, issue analysis & troubleshooting with Customer
Produce guidance documentations, standards, procedures for Level2 team ensuring every troubleshooting step is documented in HDFC KEDB improving response times
Incident Management: Manage incident and problem resolution processes to minimize downtime and maintain service quality.
API Troubleshooting : Design, develop, and support RESTful APIs and scalable backend systems.
Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance and ensure scalability to meet growing user demands.
Web Services Architecture: Good understanding & hands on Web Services Architecture for publishing and consuming web services.
Workflow Development: Understanding of the Development of workflows for exposing web services using SOAP and RESTful technologies.
