We are hiring for the position of Manager – Procurement (Civil) with Client which is, a growing organization in the EPC and infrastructure sector known for delivering high-quality construction and development projects.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Procurement of civil construction materials – cement, steel, RMC, waterproofing, finishing materials, structural components, etc.
✅ Vendor sourcing, evaluation & development
✅ Commercial negotiations & contract management
✅ Procurement planning as per project timelines
✅ Coordination with project/site teams for material requirements
✅ Preparation of RFQs, comparative statements, POs & contracts
✅ Cost optimization & market analysis
✅ Handling subcontracting activities for civil works
✅ Maintaining MIS reports & procurement documentation
🔹 Desired Skills:
✔ Strong understanding of civil construction procurement processes
✔ Experience in EPC/Infrastructure/Construction projects
✔ Vendor management & negotiation expertise
✔ Knowledge of BOQ, tendering & contract management
✔ Familiarity with ERP/SAP procurement systems
✔ Strong coordination, analytical & decision-making skills
🔹 Preferred Profile:
▪ Experience in large infrastructure/EPC projects
▪ Strong supply chain & procurement planning exposure
▪ Ability to manage multiple vendors/projects efficiently while maintaining quality & cost standards
