Job Title: Lab Testing Executive – Dialyzer Plant

Department: Quality Control / Laboratory Location: Visakhapatnam

HMD (Dialyzer Manufacturing Unit)

Job Summary:

Responsible for performing laboratory testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished dialyzer products to ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and product specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological testing of raw materials and finished products.
• Perform in-process quality checks during dialyzer manufacturing.
• Ensure testing as per SOPs, ISO standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Operate and maintain lab equipment such as UV spectrophotometer, conductivity meter, TOC analyzer, and pressure testing instruments.
• Maintain accurate test records, reports, and documentation.
• Support validation, calibration, and method development activities.
• Assist in investigation of deviations, OOS (Out of Specification), and CAPA implementation.
• Ensure compliance with clean room and GMP practices.
• Coordinate with production and QA teams for quality-related issues.

Required :

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field
• 4–8 years of experience in dialyzer manufacturing
• CTC:-5LPA-7LPA

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of laboratory testing techniques
• Familiarity with ISO 13485, GMP, and regulatory standards
• Experience in clean room environment
• Good documentation and reporting skills
• Understanding of dialyzer product testing (fiber integrity, leakage, clearance tests)
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in dialyzer / hemodialysis product manufacturing
