Role Summary

We are hiring for three Functional Consultant positions within Supply Chain Planning, focused on O9 Solutions:

  1. Demand Planning Functional Consultant
  2. Supply Planning Functional Consultant
  3. Integration Functional Consultant (O9)

These roles are responsible for delivering end-to-end Supply Chain Planning consulting engagements across industries and geographies.

The consultants will work on designing, implementing, and optimizing demand planning, supply planning, and system integrations to improve business outcomes and ensure successful delivery of O9 technology programs.

Each role requires strong domain expertise, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality planning solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to multiple supply chain planning projects across locations, ensuring on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Support clients in the selection, implementation, and adoption of supply chain planning solutions, with a strong emphasis on O9.
  • Act as a functional and process expert, collaborating with consultants, integration teams, global delivery resources, and client stakeholders.
  • Drive requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment for planning and integration modules.
  • Manage cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and technology platforms.
  • Advise clients on industry best practices, benchmarks, and process improvements in demand and supply planning.
  • Mentor junior consultants and ensure strong project governance, quality, and accountability.
  • Contribute to reusable assets, accelerators, and best practices to strengthen the Supply Chain Planning practice.
  • Serve as a solution architect with strong domain and technology expertise in supply chain planning.

Core Skill Areas & Experience Requirements

1. Demand Planning Consultant

  • 36 years of experience in Demand Planning.
  • Hands-on experience in 2–3 end-to-end implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of demand planning concepts, forecasting techniques, and demand segmentation processes.
  • Experience configuring and deploying demand planning solutions in O9 or similar platforms.

2. Supply Planning Consultant

  • 3–6 years of experience in Supply Planning.
  • Hands-on experience in 2–3 end-to-end implementation projects.
  • Strong expertise in supply planning processes, including constraint-based planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP.
  • Experience implementing supply planning solutions using O9 or equivalent tools.

3. Integration Consultant (O9)

  • 3–6 years of experience in technical and functional integrations.
  • Strong hands-on experience in core technical integration of O9 with ERP and other enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Experience working with data models, APIs, middleware, batch integrations, and real-time interfaces.
  • Ability to collaborate with functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end planning workflows.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • 3–7 years of experience in the supply chain planning domain with hands-on technology exposure.
  • Experience with at least two implementations using tools such as O9, SAP APO/IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, E2Open, Oracle ASCP, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, and inventory optimization processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience handling large datasets.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to deliver under pressure.
  • Strong planning, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence in a matrixed, collaborative environment.

Educational Qualifications

  • Strong academic background from reputed engineering and/or management institutions.
