About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Generative AI Engineer to lead the design and deployment of advanced LLM-based systems. You will drive the development of intelligent agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and scalable GenAI solutions across diverse domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement LLM-powered applications using frameworks like LangChain, Haystack, or custom pipelines
• Design and optimize embedding-based retrieval systems using vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate)
• Build and orchestrate agentic workflows for autonomous task execution using tools like LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGPT
• Fine-tune and evaluate open-source or proprietary LLMs for domain-specific tasks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GenAI capabilities into real-world products
• Ensure scalability, performance, and ethical alignment of deployed GenAI systems

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., HuggingFace Transformers, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and tokenization strategies
• Deep understanding of embeddings, vector search, and semantic retrieval
• Proven experience with RAG pipelines and agentic orchestration frameworks
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
