SAP HR ABAP (Klo Job No 114)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HR ABAP Developer with 5 to 9 years of strong technical experience in SAP HCM module, particularly in Payroll, Organizational Management (OM), and Personnel Administration (PA). The ideal candidate will have proven experience in ABAP development, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms related to SAP HR, and a deep understanding of HCM processes and data structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support custom SAP HR ABAP solutions in the HCM module.

• Work with HR logical databases (PNP, PCH) for reports, screens, and programs.

• Utilize HR macros for efficient data retrieval from infotypes.

• Develop and maintain interfaces with external (non-SAP) systems.

• Implement Object-Oriented ABAP, Smart Forms, SAP Scripts, and enhancement techniques.

• Use HR-relevant Function Modules and BAPIs for updating and retrieving HR data.

• Participate in at least 2 full-cycle SAP HR implementations as an ABAP Developer.

• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Create and validate technical specifications and documentation.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues independently.

• Ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability of developed solutions.

Technical Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP HR ABAP (Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms)

• HR Logical Databases (PNP, PCH)

• Experience with Infotypes, HR Macros, and Data Clusters

• Knowledge of Payroll, OM, and PA

• BAPIs/FMs for HR data integration and updates

• Interface programming between SAP and non-SAP systems

• Smart Forms, SAP Scripts, Adobe Forms

• Object-Oriented ABAP

• Enhancement Framework, BADIs, User Exits

• Interactive Reporting, Dialog Programming
