Job description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Automation Engineer to ensure high-quality delivery of complex Salesforce applications and integrations in a large-scale enterprise environment. The role involves end-to-end functional testing, automation development, regression validation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams within an Agile framework. The ideal candidate has strong Salesforce domain knowledge, hands-on automation experience, and expertise in multi-cloud testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and automated scripts for Salesforce applications.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and performance testing across Sales, Service & Experience Clouds.
• Build and maintain automated tests using Selenium, Salesforce CRT, Provar, or equivalent tools.
• Test complex Salesforce components including Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flows, Process Builder, and 3rd-party integrations.
• Partner with developers, product owners, and business analysts to embed quality throughout the Agile lifecycle.
• Log and track defects using Jira, Copado DevOps, or similar tools; validate fixes and ensure closure.
• Manage test data, sandbox setups, and environment configurations for reliable test execution.
• Contribute to QA strategy, process improvements, automation enhancements, and mentor junior testers.

Required Skills

• Strong Salesforce QA experience in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on automation with Selenium, CRT, Provar, or similar frameworks.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and multi-cloud features.
• Experience with API testing (Postman, REST), SOQL/SOSL, and integration validations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Copado, Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills, documentation ability, and attention to detail.
