About the Role:
The Architect-Level Project Manager will lead large-scale and complex enterprise projects across cloud, data engineering, AI/ML, application modernization, and DevOps environments. The role requires strong delivery ownership, financial management, stakeholder leadership, and deep understanding of cloud and data technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of large, complex, multi-region or global technology projects.
• Oversee cloud migration, data engineering, AI/ML, application modernization, and DevOps implementation initiatives.
• Ensure project scope, timelines, quality standards, risks, and deliverables are consistently met.
• Address complex legal, commercial, compliance, and contractual aspects of enterprise projects.
• Coordinate across engineering, architecture, data, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain accurate project financial forecasts and provide periodic updates to leadership.
• Manage billing cycles, change requests, and ensure project profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.
• Communicate project progress, value delivered, risks, and mitigation plans clearly and effectively.
• Lead and manage large cross-functional teams of 40+ members.
• Mentor team members across engineering, data, QA, DevOps, and architecture disciplines.
• Conduct performance reviews and support skill development and career growth of team members.
• Promote collaboration, technical excellence, and adherence to Agile/Scrum and DevOps delivery methodologies.
• Supervise junior project managers involved in large multi-function programs.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of datacenter migrations, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), data platforms, and AI/ML solution implementations.
• Work closely with solution architects to convert business requirements into actionable technical plans.
• Ensure effective scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and governance practices.
• Manage multi-vendor and multi-technology environments efficiently.
• Apply advanced project planning and coordination techniques to meet client deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10-12+ years of experience managing large-scale enterprise technology projects.
• Strong knowledge of cloud migrations, data engineering, AI/ML delivery, and DevOps practices.
• Expertise in project governance, risk management, documentation, and delivery frameworks.
• Ability to lead global teams and manage stakeholder expectations at senior levels.
• Experience managing multi-vendor environments and complex digital transformation programs.

Education & Certification Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Masters degree in Technology or Management preferred.
• PMP Certification (Mandatory).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Mandatory.
