Job Description
At KloudPortal, we are looking for a Digital Workplace & End User Support Engineer who can provide direct, on-site, and remote IT support to diagnose and remediate hardware, software, network and peripheral device issues.
The Engineer is expected to have the following desired skills and experience:
1.Proven experience (3 years minimum) in digital workplace engineering.
2. Proven experience (3 years minimum) of Microsoft 365 and Intune engineering, configurations and operation management.
3.Digital workplace tool management expertise: management tools, techniques, monitoring and integration
4.Experience (3 years minimum) implementing modern management of endpoint devices.
5.In-depth knowledge and experience (3 years minimum) of collaboration tools, cloud services, and modern workplace technologies specifically Microsoft Platforms.
6.Experience using automation to drive continuous improvement.
7.Strong project skills with a focus on delivering results within scope, schedule, and budget.
8.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical issues and concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
9.Strong communications skills – both written and verbal. You will be relied on by leadership and other technical specialists for advice and direction – you must be able to communicate clearly and accurately.
10.Practical working knowledge of IT Security in a distributed global environment.
Required Certifications:
1.Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, Exchange etc.) are essential to this role.
2.Certification in technologies such as Microsoft, Networks, Infrastructure Services, Security etc. are a plus.
3.Certifications Mandate MS-900, MD-102, MS-102, AZ-900 (any of these)
