Ansible Engineer (Klo Job No 119)

Job description:

Total experience: 6+ years

Location: Preferred Pune candidate / Remote

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Review the new non-production Ansible infrastructure setup and associated documentation

2. Propose any enhancements

3. Implement Ansible infrastructure configurations in the non-production environment which are recommended and accepted by the Unit Head

4. Review the non-production implementation and suggest changes to the architecture that would include high availability and DR

5. Implement the HA and DR architecture if approved by the Unit Head

6. Integrate Ansible with the VMware Infrastructure for virtual machine automation

7. Write well structured and commented playbooks for automations as approved by the Unit Head

8. Propose a solution for monitoring, logging and reporting of Ansible operations.

9. Once the non-production platform is finalized, document the architecture and deployment process for production

10. Deploy the Ansible production environment based on the non-production environment

11. Create a process for moving automation from non-production to production

Experience Required:

• Red Hat Certified Administrator/Engineer ,Ansible Certified (e.g. AU374, EX374, DO467, DO417)
• Experience with Ansible AAP 2.5 or higher (Containerized version)
• General IT Infrastructure knowledge
