Must Have:

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience with schools / educational institutions

  • Strong exposure to K-12 education ecosystem

  • Proven experience in subscription sales / SaaS / education product sales

  • Experience managing large sales teams and regional sales managers

  • Strong revenue ownership and target-driven sales leadership

  • Experience building school partnerships and institutional networks

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

     


     

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute B2B subscription sales strategy for schools.

  • Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets for the subscription vertical.

  • Build and manage relationships with school chains, associations, and decision-makers.

  • Lead and mentor sales managers and associates across regions.

  • Create scalable sales processes, playbooks, and performance frameworks.

  • Identify high-potential regions and expansion opportunities.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to drive growth.

  • Track KPIs such as revenue, subscriptions closed, renewal rate, and sales productivity.

  • Provide business reports, forecasts, and strategic insights to leadership.

     


     

📌 Preferred Background:

  • Experience selling EdTech / SaaS / Teacher training / School solutions minimum 10 years mandatory.

  • MBA / PG in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management

  • Strong network within private school chains and K-12 institutions
