✅ Must Have:

10+ years of B2B sales experience with schools / educational institutions

Strong exposure to K-12 education ecosystem

Proven experience in subscription sales / SaaS / education product sales

Experience managing large sales teams and regional sales managers

Strong revenue ownership and target-driven sales leadership

Experience building school partnerships and institutional networks

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute B2B subscription sales strategy for schools.

Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets for the subscription vertical.

Build and manage relationships with school chains, associations, and decision-makers.

Lead and mentor sales managers and associates across regions.

Create scalable sales processes, playbooks, and performance frameworks.
-
Identify high-potential regions and expansion opportunities.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to drive growth.
-
Track KPIs such as revenue, subscriptions closed, renewal rate, and sales productivity.

Provide business reports, forecasts, and strategic insights to leadership.
📌 Preferred Background:

Experience selling EdTech / SaaS / Teacher training / School solutions minimum 10 years mandatory.

MBA / PG in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management
