We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to spearhead business growth and lead a high-performing sales team in the Thane region. This is a pivotal role that involves managing end-to-end inside sales operations, driving revenue, achieving P&L targets, and scaling our business in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should be strategic, analytical, and hands-on in execution.

Roles & Responsibilities

 

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a sales team to achieve ambitious targets. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Team Leadership & Management: Lead and manage a team of up to 35 members, including Team Leaders and Assistant Managers, to ensure they consistently meet and exceed sales goals.

  • Business Ownership: Own and deliver territory sales targets, including revenue growth, P&L management, and overall business expansion in the assigned region.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize performance, market penetration, and profitability.

  • Performance Management: Drive a culture of high performance by implementing and tracking key sales and service metrics.

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless recruitment, training, and performance tracking of the team.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify new market opportunities and accelerate business growth.

  • Customer-Centric Focus: Foster a culture of ownership and customer centricity, ensuring all sales processes are efficient and customer escalations are resolved effectively.


 

What We're Looking For

 

  • Experience: 4–8 years of proven experience in Sales/Inside Sales, with demonstrated expertise in revenue generation and business growth.

  • Team Leadership: A minimum of 4 years of experience managing large sales teams (30+ members) is a must.

  • Key Skills:

    • Inside Sales & B2C Sales

    • Team Handling & People Management

    • Revenue Generation & Data Management

    • Strong Sales Orientation (Number-driven professional)

  • Personal Attributes: A growth mindset and a demonstrated ability to deliver results in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

  • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory; an MBA is preferred.


 

Compensation & Schedule

 

  • Budget: A competitive fixed salary of up to ₹15 LPA with a variable component of up to ₹3 LPA.

  • Working Days: This is a 6-day work week, with Saturday and Sunday being mandatory working days. You will be provided one rotational day off during the week.

  • Location: Thane.
