Roles & Responsibilities
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a sales team to achieve ambitious targets. Your key responsibilities will include:

Team Leadership & Management: Lead and manage a team of up to 35 members, including Team Leaders and Assistant Managers, to ensure they consistently meet and exceed sales goals.

Business Ownership: Own and deliver territory sales targets, including revenue growth, P&L management, and overall business expansion in the assigned region.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize performance, market penetration, and profitability.

Performance Management: Drive a culture of high performance by implementing and tracking key sales and service metrics.

Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless recruitment, training, and performance tracking of the team.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify new market opportunities and accelerate business growth.

Customer-Centric Focus: Foster a culture of ownership and customer centricity, ensuring all sales processes are efficient and customer escalations are resolved effectively.
What We're Looking For

Experience: 4–8 years of proven experience in Sales/Inside Sales, with demonstrated expertise in revenue generation and business growth.

Team Leadership: A minimum of 4 years of experience managing large sales teams (30+ members) is a must.

Compensation & Schedule

Budget: A competitive fixed salary of up to ₹15 LPA with a variable component of up to ₹3 LPA.

Working Days: This is a 6-day work week, with Saturday and Sunday being mandatory working days. You will be provided one rotational day off during the week.
