About the Role
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of 10-15 telesales advisors who make sales calls and close deals with our members. To be successful, you must be a product expert with exceptional communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. You will not only guide your team to meet daily and monthly collection targets but also ensure their continuous development and operational efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Motivation: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10-15 advisors, ensuring they achieve daily and monthly collection targets.

Performance Management: Conduct quality control on calls, provide continuous feedback, and manage performance reviews.

Operational Excellence: Manage the team's roster, attendance, and leave records to ensure maximum manpower utilization.

Training & Development: Conduct daily briefings, identify training needs, and provide retraining to advisors.

Reporting: Maintain various reports related to sales, accounts, and team performance.

Recruitment: Assist in the initial screening and shortlisting of candidates for the team.
Requirements

Experience: A minimum of 2 to 6 years of overall experience, with a background in tele-marketing and 10-15 people team handling experience.

Skills: Experience in inside sales, consultative selling, and a number-driven approach. Must be proficient in objection handling, be detail-oriented, and highly organized.

Education: A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.

Language: Fluency in Tamil is a must, as is essential for the Chennai market.

Working Schedule: Willingness to work 6 days a week, with Saturday and Sunday being mandatory working day
