We are looking for a high-performing, sales-driven Team Leader to manage a team of telecallers for a fast-growing, employability-led EdTech platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telecalling and the leadership skills necessary to drive a team toward high conversion rates. You will be responsible for nurturing talent, monitoring daily call volumes, and ensuring the team consistently hits revenue and enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve individual and collective sales targets.

Performance Monitoring: Track daily calling activities, talk time, and lead status to ensure the pipeline is moving toward conversion.

Revenue Generation: Drive the team to maximise sales conversions and achieve monthly revenue benchmarks.

Coaching & Mentorship: Provide regular feedback, conduct mock calls, and design performance improvement plans (PIPs) for underperforming team members.

Escalation Handling: Assist team members in closing high-value leads and resolving complex customer queries or objections.

Reporting: Maintain accurate MIS reports and daily dashboards reflecting team productivity and conversion metrics.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all team members adhere to the company's communication standards and process guidelines
Eligibility & Mandatory Skills

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling or Inside Sales. Prior experience in a supervisory or "Team Lead" capacity is highly preferred.

Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills to manage both customers and team dynamics.

Mindset: A strong target-oriented mindset with the resilience to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse calling data and identify trends to improve team performance.
