🚀 Role Overview: Behavioural & Process Excellence
As a Soft Skills Trainer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end training and handholding of dealership staff (Service Advisors, Customer Care Managers, Works Managers, etc.). You will play a dual role: an expert trainer of behavioural skills and a process auditor who ensures dealerships adhere to global after-sales standards.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

Training Delivery: Lead all Soft Skills Behavioural training modules for customer-facing and non-technical dealership manpower.

Process Auditing: Understand the entire After-sales processes and conduct regular audits at dealerships to identify operational gaps.

Action Planning: Build and implement strategic action plans to bridge identified gaps and improve dealership performance.

On-the-Ground Support: Provide handholding and mentorship for new joiners at dealership workshops and service centres.

Efficiency Enhancement: Implement strategies to enhance learning retention and increase the daily efficiency of the dealership workforce.

Governance & MIS: Manage reporting, data analytics, and review performance metrics on the Aftersales DMS (Dealer Management System).
✅ Eligibility & Mandatory Skills

Experience: Minimum 3 years in Sales, Marketing, or Training delivery. Prior training experience in the automobile sector is a significant advantage.

Automobile Passion: Must be a passionate automobile enthusiast with the ability to tailor sessions for various skill levels (beginners to senior managers).

Soft Skills: Expert in Public Speaking, Team Building, Conflict Resolution, and professional etiquette.

Tech Savvy: Highly proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Must be comfortable with technology-driven training tools and DMS platforms.

Communication: Exceptional fluency in English and the local regional language of the assigned territory.

Age Limit: Candidates must be 35 years of age or younger as per client requirements.
